6. User-Generated Content

However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Crayzoxplum a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Crayzoxplum to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and the consequences of submitting it.
Crayzoxplum reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.
7. Payment Terms

In no event shall Crayzoxplum’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
10. Termination
